There's a great open source virtual tabletop--rptools.net, easy to use and pretty darn good. I have been running a weekly game using it, we use the 4e framework (allowing us to make 4e tokens), and we do the talking in the client chat and on Ventrilo. Check it out. All you guys whining about...
