"Becomes something else"? You're exaggerating, I didn't suddenly decide that Dumbledore was actually female, or actually a wizard-shaped potato. His sexuality was never stated in the BOOKS, therefore I choose to believe he was straight.
She has creative control over what she writes. Not...
JK Rowling is an absolute idiot for "revealing" that little detail - she should have done what any good writer does, i.e. let the READERS decide for themselves. It was a quirky little mystery of it's own, best left to people's imaginations.
Instead JK chose to stir up a shitstorm and ruined...
I'd just be female for a couple of days and then ask the genie to switch me back. Most of the bullshit downsides of being female are long-term things.
Who would turn down a quick experience?
This is somewhat vaguely true to some extent, although very poorly thought/worded from the tournament organiser.
For example, imagine if you had a female-only Street Fighter IV tournament...and this person was allowed to enter:
Ricky Ortiz is a top 10 player currently in the process of...
I still don't get how ArenaNet are able to maintain servers, develop new content, etc for over 2.5 years after people paid $50-60 once for it. And then have crazy sales giving it away for $10 like this. It's just one step away from giving away HUNDREDS of hours of content for free.

Frozen didn't "suck" and whoever thinks it did need to watch movies that actually DO suck.
What Frozen is...is average. Mediocre. Run of the mill. Has it's fun moments and low points. Fine for the kids and family. Passes the time.
There seems to be a love/hate thing with Frozen with no...
An extremely vague question at best...the people who play SF4 care. Tournament players make up only a tiny fraction of the total playerbase (as with any game). If you think they make up "the majority" then you obviously haven't seen all the casual online players, or considered people who just...
If ESO goes F2P there will be massive backlash from a big part of the community. Many people are convinced that the subscription "ensures good quality", and going F2P = the end of everything.
I know some people who bought ESO purely because it had a subscription. Now that's a scary thought.
Your friends and the channels you CHOOSE to follow don't exactly give the best reflection of how popular something is.
I'm not subscribed to any League Of Legends channels and none of my friends play that game, but doesn't change the fact it's one of the most successful games in the world...
Eh I don't blame the publishers, their market analysts are probably telling them that male leads sell slightly more copies than female leads (which isn't too hard to believe). They're profit-driven more than anything else.
Many publishers believe that since they are helping with funding +...
