SaGa Frontier. Maybe when it came out I was a little to young to understand it, but I dont remember there been any 'story' or any real clue in what you had to do. I just remember wandering around aimlessly and then getting killed (A LOT).

Slightly off topic, but I remember a fun little browser fps called Offensive Combat, where teabagging/dancing on corpse's was rewarded with extra cred's and xp. Ah the good old days ;)
