It makes me sad when I see anime clips/TV shows/etc on Youtube horizontally flipped to 'avoid copyright infringement'. It doesn't work that way. Fair use and acceptance/unawareness from the company is keeping that video up. I also believe intellectual property owners can get a good deal...

Morrowind. Oblivion. Skyrim. Who even refers to it as "The Elder Scrolls" any more? A Google trend search shows greater usage of "Skyrim" compared to "Elder Scrolls". Now note that Skyrim is not a dictionary word, while both Elder and Scrolls are.
