Came up with it for my first MMORPG character, a hunter in LotRO. And I've used it ever since.

About 30 seconds, then I was starting to get goosebumps up my neck. I haven't even got a window behind me, just a really big room with no lights. But still, I would say I'm pretty paranoid, I can't relax unless I have some sort of weapon within a few meters.
