I'm going to add my vote to this. I would be ecstatic if this was remade with better graphics for the 360.

Mass Effect -> Mass Effect 2. ME2 was a pretty decent game, I am not going to dispute that. But it was not the ME I fell in love with. It felt stripped and bare. I think I was halfway through my first playthrough, when I realized it was like Gears of War in the Mass Effect universe.
