Contra 4, easily the most criminally underplayed game on the DS. Hardcore gaming on the DS, plus it comes with Contra (NES) and Super Contra.

Not many at all. The only one which pops in to my head is Devil May Cry 3. Excluding the different difficulty modes, I played it through a good 3 or 4 times.
