need help with another game I remember playing at this place when I was young it was an arcade game which was in a way like point blank though instead of a gun you used either a red or blue wand which you used on the screen the game was multiplayer based I think and one of the mini games on it...

I remember a game for the ps1 which was a kind of colorful vertical shoot em up with cutscenes which was like a scrolling story where you could either play as a male or female does anyone know what its called i kind of want to replay it again for nostalgia sake
