Raharu was chasing Atomsk (That huge bird-like thing that comes out of Takun's head at the end) throughout the universe to try and steal his power while he was in a weakened state. As for why she was able to pull things out of Takun's head... I have no idea.

The absolute weirdest and most confusing ending I've ever seen has to be The Neon Genesis: Evangelion movie. WTF HAPPENED!!!
