It's the same if you were using Win2k and XP came out. Except that XP was so unstable that there was no point switching from Win2k to it straight away. Maybe you'll find some resemblances to this situation.

I got confused whether this was a forum thread or a Microsoft ad. Anyway, I don't see why I would move from Vista to a different version of it which is less secure and has a more annoying task bar. "More performance", oh please, if your computers can't run Windows, it's time for an upgrade.
