Experimental MIRV is the best one to play around with for kicks and giggles. For practical application the blackhawk is one of my fav's.

I'd take a .50 cal Barrett. Get within 1000 yards of Hitler. No Holocaust, no WWII, but then the Russians will develop nukes, the US will not get out of the depression, and the US will not become a world power. Oh and of course WWII will still happen, but it would be more like Fallout 3 than...
