Helpful Old Lady Ruins 200-Year-Old Portrait

Oh boo hoo, one less painting of Jesus. He's easily the most depicted person in classical art. And nobody cared about the painting until this, even though it was clearly falling apart. They should give it back to her and let her finish it. At least her painting is unique.

An open letter to Rebellion- for suing Stardock.

The legal system does not exist to keep a brand "strong". And you have missed my point; the name isn't weakened because we aren't stupid. We know the difference. If I saw "The Eldest Scrolls" for sale I'd instantly assume it's a cheap knock-off. Nobody is going to confuse "Rebellion" the...

An open letter to Rebellion- for suing Stardock.

http://www.joystiq.com/2012/08/16/rebellion-sues-stardock-for-its-use-of-the-word-rebellion/ Dear Rebellion, First of all, really? How stupid do you think we are? This is almost as bad as Bethesda thinking we were too stupid to tell the difference between "The Elder Scrolls" RPG series and...

    Never forget your first...

A cocktail of Doom, Quake, Heretic, and Duke Nukem 3D. Pretty sure I played Doom first though, I was about 7.

Poll: Do you talk to yourself when you play games?

Nope. I talk to the game though. And the enemies therein. But's usually just variations on "JESUS F**KING CHRIST! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? REALLY? WHAT F**KING BULLSHIT!"

    Awesome Uplifting Music

Whenever I think uplifting, I think of this song called Undying Love by a symphonic group called Two Steps From Hell off their album 'Legend' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzkwFzXkvZg

You have the power to bring back one cancelled TV show...

A show that aired in 2009 on NBC called "Kings". Cancelled before after one shortened season before it could find an audience.

What bug broke skyrim for you?

There's a bug in Markarth after you complete a quest where the guards are permanently hostile to you. You have no option to pay your bounty or go to jail. That bug broke my save and I lost about two hours of play because of it.

    Why do you hate Skyrim?

I hate the Mages guild quest line. In Oblivion it was a vicious war with the Necromancers. The Bruma guild is forever destroyed, the island where you make your staff, you really feel like the guild is under attack. In Skyrim, The Eye of Magnos is never explained, we never know what that guy is...

Do you think dragons are overdone and boring?

I think it's because most games have to dumb down dragons. As depicted in most fantasy myths, dragons are elusive and deadly animals, the oldest of which are nearly invincible and require a small army to take down. Their size and power make them one-hit killers. Video games often have to scale...

What music do you listen to?

I feel compelled to reply simply because I don't know what you would call this type of music. I'm very much into music by groups like Two Steps From Hell, X-Ray Dog, and E.S Posthumous. Basically, it's classical music on speed. This is movie trailer music, with big sweeping orchestral sounds...

    Your favorite RPG villain?

I won't spoil it, but my favorite is the main villain in Jade Empire. To get to what you think is the end only to realize the true bad guy was pulling the strings the whole time and your journey is only half over, it was amazing the first time I played it and it still is.

Did Anyone Else See the Trailer for "Cowboys and Aliens"...

...and think it was a trailer for a Fallout movie? The thing on Daniel Craig's arm had Pip-Boy written all over it. I was convinced it was a Fallout movie until the title screen appeared.

That game you could never beat growing up

Runner up would be PilotWings 64. It had been my strong desire to unlock the Skydiving mode as my father was a skydiver. But to unlock it you had to get gold in every normal event. The hang gliding always kicked my ass. But the winner is definitely Shadows of the Empire 64. I spent weeks...
