Greg @ ~35:00... I believe the game you were thinking of is Rebellion [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Wars:_Rebellion]. I too purchased that one with high hopes, and was let down quickly. Empire at War was a SW-skinned RTS from 2006.

The first thing in the article I question is the "population of 1.3 million" part. Chinese media will lie about damn near anything, and often not very well. Take a good hard look at the shot with the double cranes... All of the buildings behind it have active construction cranes on them...

A friend bade me to check it out a while back (maybe a year ago?)... The technical side of things were not up to snuff. The graphics were not that complex, my bandwidth not clogged, and load times were brutal. They lost me inside of an hour.
