I'm a bit confused. The title asks for the last game without killing people, but OP says without combat. Batman: Arkham Asylum involved combat but no killing, does that count? Without either, I'd have to say Minecraft. I play creative on peaceful and ignore all the animals.

Freakazoid or MacGyver. The former probably won't happen in my lifetime, but with all the remakes from the 80's the latter could and probably will happen.
