For towerbuilding go to ghe Gobbo succession ;) You can refill the empty rooms with beds if you want to. I removed the beds from those rooms because I think it's to close to the entrance (and I dislike dirt rooms.) And placed them in the current quarters. You could make a temple to Armok...
