It was a pixelated pc gamewhere the character was a bald guy in a green shirt i think. He starts off at a hub that looks like a dungeon or castle. He had some sort of brown hammer to break walls and sometimes had bombs to kill enemies. He went around dungeon like areas fighting various enemies...
