I have been having the same problem. Download the patch as you would for the disc and go to Computer> Your C: drive> Program Files(x86)> Steam>Steamapps>Common>Fallout and open it. Run the patch and extract it there. Then run the patch program and patch it. It should fix it, but then again I'm...
