I'm decently good at Street Fighter IV on Xbox 360, but I have a technical question and who to turn to but The Escapee's. Blanka's special moves entail some combinations that say or vice versa. I've read the manual saying to just tap in the direction, but to no avail. Can somebody clarify?

I see that Broken Steel is a favorite. Why do you think so? Asides from the previously stated level cap raise.
