Borderlands. I haven't been blown away by a game in this fashion in ages.

To be fair, Best Buy told you up front what it'd charge and you were free to take it or leave it. If you went in and gave it to them and they promised to charge you $30, then wouldn't give you your computer back unless you paid them another $170, then I could see them being called rip off...
