Painting and playing Warhammer 40,000 and studying history, typically modern warfare from 1880s to the 1970s with a big focus on the first and second world war. I'm also a huge fan of science fiction.

I used to emulate NES, SNES and Genesis like mad, but nowadays not so much. However, I might still enjoy a game of Tetris or two using FCE Ultra.

I'd have to say Adventure, point-and-click and all of that. Too bad the genre itself has been efficiently erased. These days I probably play more RPGs or Shooters, but real adventure games still holds a very special place in my heart..

WoW was a great gaming experience while you were playing with your friends, all working together trying to reach that magic level of 60 when you would be able to do all those really cool dungeons together. And then came level 60 and you started to get borded of those few instances and everything...

Well sure, it was a good year for games in general but looking back from here it's clear that there is really just one game that totally knocked the socks of everything else and that's Portal. Other games that might deserve to be mentioned are BioShock, Team Fortress 2, Mass Effect and...

Windows XP. I've given Linux a chance a few times but quickly realized that I would never ever find the energy it takes to be able to use it to it's fullest potential. Besides, Windows XP does what it's supposed to do and does it good enough without too much trouble.

Out of those three I'd have to pick Star Wars since that's the one of them which has had the biggest impact upon my life. But then again, I'm somewhat of a Sci-Fi freak so I enjoy Firefly, Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space 9 quite alot as well.
