I don't think either Master Chief or Marcus Fenix would be a good fit for Mortal Kombat. Maybe someone like General RAAM or Skorge from Gears of War would have worked out fine. But Why restricted the access of a character just because he's from a PS3 exclusive.

This solves nothing. The Xbox tracks what games you play so limit the ratings to those that have played the games.

I think Dethklok from metalocalypse should be on there because in the show they're described as being the 4th largest economy in the world. But the person who wrote the list probably doesn't know about all rich fictional characters ever written.

I quite liked the first Section 8. What I didn't like was that I payed $80AUS for a game that I beat in 3 hours, right as I was starting to get in to it it ended.
