I've wondered for some time what has both games and film learn from each other
both have their similarities
I've thought that games have learnt from film in that of the camera angles in cut-scenes but what has games contributed to films.
IMO casual games are more of a light hearted game you play or more of s minigame sort of dealio.
a bit like angry birds, its a small game to play when you have a nugget of time to waste
where as games like starcraft and COD you really put more mind into them and spend time on them .

but few casual game make tons of money
just becaues a game is on a console it dosen't mean its not a casual game
anygame can be called as a hard core or casual game, e.g. i play on starcraft rarely dose that make it a casual game and i play on angry birds, raking up more hours on that...
whats the difference?
why has gaming has always seen the two rivals of casual and hardcore games and why are games, as a whole always split in these two categorie.
it all can't be about how long you play on a game and what platform.
