I thought it basically set the benchmark for how 3D should be done nowadays. If Transformers 2 can make that much money, then I'm not surprised at all that Avatar is as successful as it is.

It seems silly to discount all foreign/subbed films simply because you have to do a bit of reading. We're lucky we can enjoy great films from all over.

With regards to replacing the graphics card, depending on the model of course, it can be very difficult to achieve. Some manufacturers will void warrantees if any "unnecessary" mods are made. Just something to keep in mind.
