Depends what game. I rarely have the interest or time to play through an entire single player game any more, but I tend to spend a lot more time afk in WoW between raids, or MoBAs. I'm sure I've spent more than a few thousand hours in WoW since its release.

In many countries, seeing another human naked is far less offensive than violence etc. I'm not sure why so many people find it so offensive to see pornography, but I think as society matures, this will become far less relevant.
