Vampire the masquerade bloodline : imo the best rpg i have ever played granted the stealth was broken and it does lose some of it deus ex style gameplay later on (fuck you activision for rushing this game out ) but it made up for it with its great atmosphere , story and dialogue .... also fuck...

I would recommend Independence War 2: Edge of Chaos or Freelancer both games are brilliant and incredibly fun to play provided you have a joystick for Independence War 2: Edge of Chaos

At the end of the day its a halloween costume no one think this is what real mental patients ressemble its just a reference to any cliche horror movie I am sorry that your brother is in such a condition but what exactly is offending you the fact that the costume is called mental patient ?

Well I was palying supreme commander so unless you can create building , a army and hold your breath underwater then I am screwed
