The simple reason why Xbox is not getting the updates, or at least until all 9 classes are finished, is because they can't make continuous large updates due to limited hard drive space, Microsoft doesn't want to force people to buy larger hard drives in order to use content they already payed...

Funny stuff, also, the reason his hat clipped was because he doesn't normally wear a hat in that video, they beat the game with that suit on then restarted.
