Having gone back and thought on it again, still going with Mitsuko from Bloody Roar (heavy type fighter and transforms into a boar, fighting for her kid's safety, no mention of husband or the father at all). Maybe Spartan 458 from Dead or Alive 4, but hard to tell under that armour, though...
