QuakeLive basically is quake3 to a tee.
Quake3 is only worth it if:
1) You have some local friends who really want to play Rocket Arena
2) You are highly into the trickjumping mechanics of the game and want to play the Defrag mod.
Other than that, just play QuakeLive.
Thor because who doesnt like a good Governator impression. Before I had played it myself I was over a buddy's house who was playing the camp where you first get the Thor. All I heard was "CLICK ME I AM HEYERE" and lost it.
Finding exploits in level designs in "professionally" designed maps/environments (bsp holes, halls of mirrors, etc). Just yesterday I found a bsp hole in darksiders for pc while fighting a boss monster and ran around outside the level for quite a while :D.
I have one and only one issue with gamestop as a whole. The quality of their used games. Back in the day before gamestop bought them all out there was a store called FuncoLand. Basically the SAME exact deal as gamestop with one exception...

One of the only games that made me really care about the characters, and actually feel some strong emotions towards them and their situations.
Well an argument can be made for and against.
For example in left4dead, when a pipe bomb explodes the huge blood spray fountain effect was much cooler than the flying giblets in left4dead2.
Oh Im not upset in the slightest. In fact I think its funny people in this thread are still ignoring the question in my posts because they'd much rather QQ over something that isnt even real than spend 2 minutes searching the web for actual proof. OP gets a major troll award for this one...
