Maybe it doesn't really count here but the musical Wicked (soon to be a major motion picture) has a kind of grey ending where the bad guy does technically win. Guess it depends on the viewer but i took it as a win for the bad guys.

i had one that was original and avoided the clichés but my teacher thought it was "negative" so i had to go for a regular clichéd thank everyone kinda speech.. i did take the piss out of about half of the teaching staff though
