So I used to play this fighting game on my brothers dreamcast. I think it was 3d. It wasn't soul caliber. But it had these 2 male characters that could tranform kinda like a super saiyan. Except one had shiny blue spiked hair and one had red spiked hair I'm pretty sure. Sorta like gokus hair...
