full chameleon armor/clothes in oblivion

how about a new way of enchanting weapons and armor so that you could cast a spell with that object kinda of like in morrowind except have the item involved in the spell animation cuz come on who wouldn't want a crossbow that let you shoot fireballs when you run out of bolt
