How much of a fanboy are you?

Was a bit of a Sega fanboy back in the day. Every kid liked either Sega or Nintendo and I had a Mega Drive, so yeah. Thankfully I got over it as puberty hit. Nowadays, I'd say Team ICO and Clover/Platinum Games. But I wouldn't say I'm a fanboy, I think I'm fairly open to discussion, if I do...

Poll: Damn You March! Which is Your Priority?

BlazBlue for me. I need my fighting fix, badly. Though Resonance of Fate looks sexy too. I'll pass on FFXIII, the 360 version looks shite anyway. I'll sit and wait on that one.

    Sonic & Sega All-Star Racing

Thought it was bollocks, but then again I never got on the Mario Kart bandwagon. I'll take Outrun 2 over it any day.

    Overpowered RPG Weapons

The Angel Slayer in Valkyrie Profile series is pretty nifty. It has insane stats but its damage range is even more insane. It can either one-hit pretty much anything in the game or deal 1 damage. Sadly it's no more of a curiosity, since you need to beat the toughest extra boss in both games no...

What single player games should have online game modes?

Can't think of any. I'll pick good singleplayer over good multiplayer any day. The exception are fighting games, I'm really competitive about those and you just can't have a mate come over every single day. And they're likely to get bored as they seldom share my enthusiasm.

What Gender do you play as?

I'm a male and I always pick female. Not really sure why, maybe it's the escapism factor as someone said above. Maybe because I find it easier to come up with female names (usually borrowed from other games, but still). Maybe it's the ass staring thing. Or maybe I have issues. Probably all of...

Fallout 3 - Advice for the new guys

Well, you've been blessed with a pair of perfectly good legs and enough brain capacity to use them both at the same time. Turn it into short range combat! That's when you use the Combat Shotgun. Again and again, until whatever you're aiming at keels over. Or explodes. Or rockets into the...

What game, no matter what other games you play, do you always go back to?

Phantasy Star Online. Minus the online part. I don't know how the hell it manages to do it, but that game has some kind of power over me to make me come back to it just to dick around in its whooping ten different areas. In Offline Mode, no less. Thousands of hours holding those DC/GC pads, eyes...

    The Last Achievement You Earned

Trouble on the Homefront, Fallout 3. Played it to hell and back on the PC, playing for the first time on the 360, so I can't say I'm having much trouble.

Fallout 3 - Advice for the new guys

The Combat Shotgun is your friend. It solves every problem except when it doesn't, in which case it was your fault and you probably deserved it. Jerk.

    Worst decision you've ever made?

Taking the blue pill. Sorry, it had to be done.

    Most anticipated games of 2010

    - Resonance of Fate - Fallout: New Vegas - Super Street Fighter IV - BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger (yep, waited all these months for the PAL release) Oh and even though I don't own a Wii, I'm really curious about Metroid: Other M, being the Metroid nut I am.

    Your favorite Zero Punctuation review?

Mailbag Showdown, Mercenaries 2, Too Human, The World Ends With You and the Prince of Persia trilogy. I guess I actually owe him for giving me the final push to at last give Sands of Time a go. Loved every second of it and I now regard the trilogy as some of the most enjoyable games of the...

Fallout 3 - Hidden gems and random discoveries

Yeah, that's it. It's also one of the best places to get shot by Chinese Assault Rifles. Granted, they go down with a couple of .32 caliber rounds to the noggin, but it stings all the same.

Fallout 3 - Hidden gems and random discoveries

Most of the stuff I'd write about was already mentioned, so... that leaves the Chinese Remnant Soldiers at Whatshername Food Factory. The first time I went there I was just minding my own business until I hear someone shouting gibberish at me and going "DEATH TO USA!" Was quite funny actually...
