Personally I think if it's a large one on your face then hell yeah it's bad ass. Or something like Rambo scars on your chest. That's bad ass :P It makes you look like you went through something and survived it... unless you are emotionally scarred and are insane then you didn't really survive it...

Actually, I found that hard as well. It turns out that, if pushed too fast, the game cannot register all presses. I pushed it amazingly fast and lost. I pushed it significantly lower, and won.
