    You can get all the first gen pokemon in Gold and Silver, as well as in Diamond and Pearl. i think there is a way to get them in ruby and sapphire as well by trading from first gen remakes. So yea... you can all the pokemon in every game

    You know, R/S/E actually had some of the best pokemon designs out of any generation.
