Lord Lucien from fable 2 because it didn't ever really happen and you just clicked a button to pull out that music box and then it was a cut scene. At least Fable 1 had a boss fight if not an extremely repetitive time consuming boss fight, but it was still a boss fight, DAMN IT

Sageras from WoW. He doesn't exist yet but he is in the books and so he will be eventually. He is the main god of the demos and could probably destroy the world at a whim, plus he has a giant horde of demons at his command.
