There was a PC game that my family played back in the early 2000's and it was a tabletop simulator I believe. There was three NPC's that I remember vaguely. 1. Roswell the Alien "My name is Roswell." 2. Hispanic Man "The rain in Spain, forms mainly on the PLAIN!" 3. Brown Bear "Aw, come on...
