Basic electrical and plumbing skills. (wire a socket/change a fuse/repair burst pipes/install a sink[surprisingly easy] etc) I know technically it comes under the heading of D.I.Y. hobbying a lot nowadays, but its damned useful, and damned satisfying to be able to do it yourself.

Haha, ok, u make a good point. In fairness tho, im not looking for a career even remotely connected to my M.A., im just hoping having a high level qualification of any kind will be beneficial.
