It would be a disaster. You don't move you just lie there and fight infinitly respawning enemies until Christmas where you have a game of Fifa then go back to fighting infinite respawns. Come to think of it that sounds better than Black ops, Halo etc. Bring it on!

World war 2 died out long ago. No one cares about it anymore. Modern is so much better. New guns and new stories as apposed to "yay let's use the THOMPSON AGAIN and fight nazis!"

If by easier you mean worse then yes... yes thy are. But they aren't easy becuase Treyarch are still making games which consist of infinite respawning of enemies and friendly AI that is incapable of helping you.

It makes perfect sense. And no i didnt know in mass effect i would stop the reapers and i didnt know in halo i would stop the covanant, partly cos i don't know what they are and also because it hasnt happened and there IS in fact such a thing as a plot twist.

The grenade launcher is in no way overpowered in cod 4. It can get you kills but even with sonic boom you need to land it right on people. CoD 4 also beats the old ones purely because it's modern. Why would i want a game about WW2? I already know what's going to happen.
