Well I've never called someone a lightweight because of drinking. I call people lightweights when they get stomach aches from one ibuprofen, because that's straight up embarrassing. So I'd say it's only bad if you're really really a lightweight.
I got two.
1. I was playing fallout 3 and when at a rather low level I barely got into a fight with a giant radscorpian. I killed it but was heavily wounded and out of ammo. I saw a red blip on my compass and laughed, thinking what if it was a second one? It was just a normal radscorpian...
I would make a diamond vat filled with a mixture of water and I think it's wither methane or hydrogen and dump him in it. The water would be too airy to swim out of and I don't think he can break the diamond walls, and if he can I'd make them out of something stronger. So he'd drown... I think...
Seeing as I believe punishment is meant to protect civilians, yes. A lot of actions are based on one's personality. Seeing as your memory can be damaged without a personality change (because they are different parts of the brain) , they might do it again. So in order to protect future people...
