Yes the game has a sprint function, I dont use it but in the next video I will. (There is also a skateboard due to request from other Pokemon fans.)

Id say its more like a 2D version of colosseum. You still get to travel cities but with the gym leaders remaining. Theres more to the "Storyline" than an evil organazation given the fact that your rival is also the creator of the game. That way I can stir up any kind of trouble I want to keep...
