No yeah, I go way overboard. Every word has its own gesture, basically. But the gesture is completely unrelated.

For people who didn't realize they did any of these things before, how did you find out? I found out because I was rehearsing for a school play and during one of my scenes I actually hit a fellow actor with my hand gestures. :\
