That's still not a legit reason to take something that belongs to someone else. It's a reason that most people would be sympathetic to (as I said in my first post) and there's a rational behind it, but that doesn't make it legit to steal. (Edited for spelling because I fail at typing)

The first thing I think when the words "Bioware" and "Fish" come up together is of that quest to get a fish for a Krogan in ME2. So I'm going to let myself stay convinced it's hinting at ME3! Seriously though, just the fact that they put up a literal red herring is pretty damn amusing.
