I think it should be legalized. It is nowhere near as bad as cigarettes, it enhances tastes, sounds, sights, and think about all the money the gov. could save/make on taxing it. Instead of the millions of $$$ they spend on keeping it illegal, they might actually reduce our debt by a good chunk.
