well if you alredy dont have it for the pc id reccomend Oblivion. If you dont know what it is then it is an RPG, really a hack and slash one but with some good quests. Unfourtanetly the only "mods" you can get for it are the DLC but hey most games do that now days, anyways if you want mods then...
