Hey so my brother in law was saying that with his Salarian Engineer that his Incinerate allows everyone to do extra damage to whoever he cast it on. I am looking at it and all that I see that it does is increase the damage of the incinerate by 40%. It's the Rank 5 Upgrade Burning Damage...
