Repost. A late 90s/early 20s PC strategy game. It was aztec/mayan-like and there was a feathered mask on the front cover of the disk. In the game you controlled multiple people and, I think, tried to take over other people's land. Any ideas?

Hello there. My name is Adam, but that's not important. What is important is finding out the name of the old (90s/2000s) PC strategy game that had a feathered mask on the front cover. It was quite aztec/mayan-like. And it was great! Help please!
