Can't you just use fraps or some other recording tool so you can post your awesome achievements(not sarcastic, really) for others to see? Aren't we able to host a server and set the world as read only?

I haven't tried multi. I added a mod that lets you keep your stuff on you when you die because creepers kept blowing up me and my stuff when I went back for them from dying originally. I don't mind being killed and sent back to spawn, and i wouldn't care about having to go back and get my stuff...
