Usually I don't care about graphics, and I'm probably way off here, but Fable 2 surprised me enough to make me care about them. Otherwise, I absolutely love 2.5D games and prefer the way they look, like in Baldur's Gate 2. Something about the graphics in Eidos Revenant is amazing to me too...
