First of all, I am speaking as a former American lawyer, from Maryland, U.S.A. who litigated non-class action lawsuits for about five years before moving on to less stressful things and work weeks that are less than 60-80 hours. Secondly, I have always liked Steam.

The way these class actions usually work is that everybody who bought the ps3 between the time they advertised the feature and the time the feature was removed will receive a share of the settlement proceeds. The damages will be the value of the PS3 with the feature in question minus its value...

Nintendo doesn't really count. Of course, their games like Mario are fantastically successful internationally, but they aren't exactly the same kind of titles that come out for the PC and the two serious consoles.
I don't normally play MMOs but I love Bioware to death and it sounds to me like you could play this MMO just like a single player game if you want (or maybe bring some friends you know along on a mission or two -- no strangers necessary) -- so I might actually like it.
