I wonder if you will play as a Big Sister in Bioshock 3

In BioShock 2 multiplayer, the housewife says "There is rest for the wicked" I say this is a reference to "There ain't no rest for the wicked" from Borderlands. My friend says this is wrong and I am just being stupid. Who's right?
